Solid Stay Near Everything

great location decent balcony comfortable beds

The location is fantastic, very close to the main strip. A short walk will get you to the beach. The rooms are newly refurbished with a decent sized balcony. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room.

The hotel staff can be rather unfriendly. Some employees don't interact kindly with guests. I understand the hotel was full because it was the official hotel for a competition in the area.. still, some were rude.

The hotel enjoys a superb location, being just a short distance from the bustling main strip and offering easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants.. Levante beach is also easily accessible, about a short walk.

There are multiple pools, including ones with slides for kids and a separate pool for older guests. A gym with adequate equipment is available for fitness enthusiasts. Plenty of sunbeds are available, so there is no extreme need to reserve them early.

The room included comfortable beds that were cleaned most days. It had everything you would need. A hairdryer is mounted on the bathroom wall. A fridge is available in the room, though a kettle is absent.

I found the staff quite helpful. the pools provided excellent entertainment, especially the slides for children. i noticed a handy shop on site. It had an atm and vending machines. reception staff were very helpful .

the room was a bit compact, with limited space to unpack personal items, so i stored most things in my suitcase under the bed.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with various machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes. there are multiple pools catering to different age groups, including dedicated areas for children with slides and a separate pool for adults. plenty of sunbeds are available.

The breakfast had a very diverse selection! The cleaning staff was very thorough. They made sure the room was super clean every day!

The main pool was closed one day with no explanation! It took too long to get served at the bar, frustrating.

comfy bed clean room sizeable bathroom weak aircon hot night meal timing

the staff were really good. i liked the room, it was comfy and clean. there was a tv and a sizeable bathroom, that was also nice.

the aircon works but its weak. i was hot most of the night so i wouldnt like to be here in august. we enjoyed our stay but it took a few days to navigate everything
